DIN 17175 Seamless steel boiler tubes are specially used as heating surface tubes in low and medium pressure boilers tubes(The working pressure is not more than 5.88 Mpa and the significant temperature is below 450 degrees celsius).

Technical delivery conditions
The tubes shall be supplied suitably heat treated over their entire length. The following heat treatment shall be used, depending on the type of steel:
Normalizing
Subcritical annealing
Hardening and tempering with the isothermal transformation
Hardening and tempering with continuous cooling from the hardening temperature and subsequent tempering.
